Baisite indoor ultra-thin steel structure fire retardant coating is suitable for fire protection of all kinds of steel structure engineering load-bearing components whose fire resistance limit is more than 2 hours. For example, fire protection of space, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, national defense, light textile industry and other kinds of outdoor building special load-bearing steel structure components, especially for some hydrocarbon chemicals (e.g. Oils, solvents, etc.) Fire hazard steel structures, such as petrochemical engineering, garages, oil drilling platforms, oil storage facilities, support frame fire protection, etc.

2.Construction process:

1). The surface of the steel structure should be completely rust-free, painted anti-rust paint two times, the surface clean and free of oil.

2). The coating is suitable for spray coating and the coating surface is uniformly uneven and uneven.

3). Stir the paint evenly. The thickness of the coating should not exceed 1.2mm in the first pass. After the coating is dry (approx. 6 hours), apply the second pass of the coating. The thickness of the coating can be increased, the thickness of the coating can be increased, and the refractory time can be reached. The corresponding thickness, 1h, 1.5h, 2h, 3h, 2.5h, 3 times.

4). When the paint is thickened during construction, it may be diluted with appropriate amount of water and prohibited from being added, so as not to affect the adhesion and fire resistance of the paint.

5). The construction operation should be carried out in a well-ventilated indoor environment. The construction should avoid rain. Note: The anti-freezing agent should be added to the paint during winter construction.

6). It should be used up after opening. If it is not used clean, it must be kept closed.
This product is sprayed with bullet gun, gun diameter: 0.6-0.8mm.

6.Environment conditions: 

SWO-3852 is only suitable for indoor and weatherproof environments. The product mush be applied only at temperatures between 5℃ to 35℃and construction relative humidity between 50%-80%. 

7.Storage and transportation: 

Put in a cool dry place, avoid high temperature and frost (5℃ -- 35℃). Unopened product guarantee time at least 2 years. During the transportation, it need to prevent rain, bump and high temperature.
